The bill was before the Senate on reconsideration. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 13(FIN) "An Act relating to reimbursement of municipal bonds for school construction; increasing the base student allocation used in the formula for state financing of public education; relating to the district cost factors for state funding of public education; relating to school improvement funding; and providing for an effective date" pass the Senate?" Without objection, it was so ordered and the bill was referred to the Secretary for engrossment.
